This explains what GZerow collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect before you're a customer
If you run a free audit we store the website address or business name you gave us, your email address, and the report we produce. That is all we need to send you the report.
We do not buy contact data about you, and we do not sell or share what you give us.
What we collect once you're a customer
To run your business, Errai necessarily handles the information that business generates:
- Your business details, branding and website content
- Your customers' contact details and your history with them
- Enquiries, bookings, quotes and invoices
- Calls the receptionist answers, and messages it takes
- What you ask Errai to do, and what it did
This is your data. We process it to operate the service you are paying for, and for nothing else.
Your customers' data
When your customers contact you, we handle their information on your behalf. You are the controller, we are the processor. We do not contact your customers for our own purposes, ever.
AI processing
Errai is AI. Your business information is sent to AI model providers so Errai can do the work you asked for. We use providers contracted not to train their models on it.
Errai never invents facts about your business. Where it is unsure, it flags the question for you instead of guessing.
Getting your data out, or deleted
Ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you and your business and we will send it in standard formats within 30 days. If you want your account deleted, tell us and we will delete it along with your data, except anything we are legally required to keep (invoices, mostly).
Audit requests from people who never became customers are deleted after twelve months.
Where it lives
On cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the people who need it to operate the service.
We are early, and we are not going to claim certifications we have not earned. When we have them, this page will say so.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your data, and to object to how we process it. Ask and we will action it. You do not need to cite a regulation to be taken seriously.

A registered address and contact email go here before launch. Both are required, and the address is a legal requirement for the outbound email we send.
