Terms

You pay a one-time fee to get your business built and live, and optionally a monthly fee to keep Errai working on it. What is included at each tier is what the pricing page says at the time you buy.

We will tell you honestly what will and will not help your business, including when the answer is that you do not need what you asked for.

Yours, unconditionally, from the moment it exists:

• Your domain, registered in your name
• Your website, its copy, images and structure
• Your customer list and every conversation in it
• Your bookings, quotes, proposals and invoices

We claim no ownership over any of it and no licence beyond what is needed to run the service for you. Export it at any time.

Nothing publishes to your website and no message reaches one of your customers until you have seen it and approved it. One switch pauses everything Errai is doing.

The exception is the receptionist, which answers calls in real time once you have switched it on, because that is the point of it. It tells callers plainly that it is an assistant, and it takes a message instead of guessing when it is unsure.

Your first report arrives within 24 hours. Your business goes live within seven days of you approving the build. If we miss either because of us, you do not pay for that stage.

Delays caused by waiting on you (approvals, content, domain access) do not count, and we will tell you when the clock is with you.

Cancel the monthly fee whenever you want. No notice period, no exit fee, no penalty. Export everything and take it elsewhere.

Cancelling stops Errai working; it does not remove your ownership of anything. We will not hold your domain, your site or your customer list to get you to stay.

• Do not use GZerow for anything illegal, or to mislead your customers
• Do not use the outreach tools to send unsolicited bulk email in breach of the law where your recipients are
• Make sure you have the right to any content you give us to publish
• Keep your account credentials to yourself

Errai is AI, and AI gets things wrong. That is why you approve everything before it is published or sent. We are responsible for fixing our mistakes promptly; we are not responsible for business outcomes, because no one can promise those honestly.

We do not guarantee particular search rankings, a volume of customers, or a level of revenue. Anyone who does is selling you something.

If we change these terms we will tell you before the change takes effect, not after. If a change does not suit you, you can leave on the terms above.
